Current booking position

This website does not collect enrolment payments or confirm paid bookings. Enquiries are free. A final written offer and these policies are required before payment. No fixed administration deduction or non-refundable deposit is established here.

Distance and off-premises bookings

Where the statutory cancellation right applies to a service booking, you can cancel without a reason from contract formation until the end of 14 days after the day the contract is made. Some contracts have exceptions, and booking on business premises does not generally create this statutory cooling-off right. Missing required cancellation information may extend the cancellation period.

Starting during the cancellation period

Teaching may start during the cooling-off period only after an express request and the required information. If you then cancel, a lawful proportionate charge may apply to services actually supplied. The right is lost on full performance only with the required prior request and acknowledgement. Booking or accepting general terms alone is not an early-start request.

Refund following statutory cancellation

Refunds due following statutory cancellation of a service are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the college is informed of cancellation. The original payment method is used unless you expressly agree otherwise; no refund fee applies. Any lawful payment for teaching already supplied is explained in the calculation.

After the cancellation period

Any agreed rescheduling, non-attendance, package-expiry or cancellation charge must appear in the written offer before booking and must respect applicable consumer rights. This policy does not impose a charge, automatically forfeit unused hours or reprice completed hours at a higher rate. Ask for the applicable written terms and an itemised calculation.

College cancellation or a service problem

If the college cannot supply agreed teaching, contact admissions to arrange an acceptable alternative or repayment for undelivered services. Where teaching falls below the statutory standard, repeat performance or an appropriate price reduction may be available. A poor examination result alone is not a promise that a refund is due.

How to notify us

Email [email protected] with your name, course or service and booking reference if available. State clearly that you wish to cancel. The optional notice tool can prepare wording; it is not compulsory and does not send the message. Keep a copy and the sending date. Do not include bank passwords, full card details or unnecessary sensitive documents.

Review and disputes

The college reviews the actual booking, notice date, teaching supplied and applicable rights before calculating a refund. A cancellation can be notified without first obtaining college approval. If you disagree with the response, use the complaints procedure. These policies are not a guarantee of visa-refusal refunds or third-party reimbursements.
