Terms & conditions

Clear terms. Informed decisions.

Website and education service terms. An enquiry does not create a booking, and this website does not collect course payments.

Who provides the service

ALBION GATEWAY COLLEGE LTD, company number 17505643, is registered in England and Wales. General enquiries: [email protected]. Admissions: [email protected]. Our provisional operating location is Central London. Complete company and venue information must be supplied before a paid booking is accepted.

Enquiries and written offers

An enquiry or an email account is not a confirmed course place. A written offer must state the service, tutor arrangements, delivery format, teaching-hour length, dates, total GBP price including applicable taxes and agreed extras, payment schedule and cancellation rules. Confirmed bookings require acceptance of that offer. Published starting prices are minimum rates rather than a price cap; refer to the current academic pricing page.

Teaching and course changes

Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. Information relied upon about the agreed service is part of the booking. Significant changes to an agreed service, timetable or delivery format must be discussed with the learner; a website edit does not rewrite an existing booking. Statutory remedies, including repeat performance or an appropriate price reduction where applicable, remain available.

Academic support

Tutoring develops the learner’s own understanding, research skills and independent work. Tutors may discuss a question, explain methods, comment on the learner’s own draft and help plan study. Students remain responsible for their submitted work and their university’s rules. We do not write assessed work for submission, sit examinations, fabricate research or promise marks, admission or a job.

Cancellations and complaints

Read the cancellation and refund page before accepting an offer. Use the optional cancellation-notice page or send a clear cancellation message to [email protected]. Complaints may also be sent to that address; the complaints page explains review and escalation. Completing the notice tool does not send an email.

Children, recordings and materials

Initial enquiries for under-18 learners are made by a parent or guardian using the adult’s own details. A child’s course requires a separately confirmed service, guardian agreement and appropriate safeguarding arrangements. Neither teaching recordings nor publication of a learner’s work are authorised merely by an enquiry. Share only materials you are entitled to use.

University, employment and immigration information

An educational service does not imply a university partnership, recognised award, employer vacancy or Student visa sponsorship. No authority to issue CAS is claimed. Eligibility and qualifications require appropriate checks; paid career training is separate from candidate work-finding services.

Version and statutory rights

Version: 10 October 2026. These terms and the written offer must be supplied before a booking is accepted. No term removes statutory consumer rights. Commercial late-cancellation charges, package-expiry rules and third-party costs must be clearly agreed in advance; this policy establishes no additional charge.
