A written agreement must specify tuition, total consumer price, start date, cancellation and refund rights, any request to begin during a cancellation period, rescheduling and fair hour-use rules. No automatic package expiry, no-show penalty or cancellation charge is applied by this system. Payment is by bank transfer against the official college invoice. Receipt upload alone does not confirm payment. Statutory rights are not excluded.
